Built in the style of the period it sits on the street line, its main entrance through a patio. Located on Charlotte St. (formerly known as San Carlos) the house has all the exterior charm and atmosphere of a colonial home. Inside it accomodates the modern and functional business office of the Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Co. Its decor is Spanish handcrafted furnishings.
