General Note:
Large Spanish style building labeled "our shop." One of the large industries built in Kelsey City, the company produced its first tire on 23 May 1925, expanded in 1927, and closed c. 1936. Kelsey City was a planned community in Florida, established in 1920, but failed in 1928. It changed its name to Lake Park in 1939.
