Notes

Abstract:
Landmark Fact Sheet for the Wright House, located at 262 N.E. 96th Street. Designed by the architectural firm Kiehnel and Elliott, renowned for their boomtime structures in South Florida, this Mediterranean Revival structure was built in 1925 and remains one of the largest and earliest homes in the Miami Shores subdivision. The document details the architectural features, such as the two-story design with a projecting wing, bellcote chimney, and Ionic columns, which exemplify its Italian style influence. ( en )
