Clotilde Luce is a long-time historic preservationist with an expertise in architecture, especially the work of Morris Lapidus, whom she interviewed near the end of his life. She has served on the Historic Preservation Board for the City of Miami Beach and is conversant on the many pressures and challenges of maintaining the integrity of an historic district. She is an internationally known writer and member of the board of the Miami Design Preservation League. ( en )
