Pierce (1864-1939); seated on the crates wearing a straw hat is his young son, Charles Jr. (1896-1966), and the woman seated on the platform is his wife, Yallahs Wallack Pierce (1873-1921). Man with the cane on the far right is "Schrader," and the man behind the young boy is "Schrader's partner Honus." Man standing in the mule cart at the far left is Oscar Magnason.
